This is good for deep tissue massage. It does seem to help those muscles in my legs and back some after using it. I did have to find me a video on youtube on how to use it. It is not too hard to do once you get it down and get used to doing it. I don't know that I am really crazy about using it yet though. It may just take some time to get used to using it. It is very firm and holds up under weight very well. I will keep using it and hope to get more results the better I get at using it.
