I had been looking into getting one of these for quite some time now. I don't always have time to go to the gym and use theirs and I wanted to be able to do chin ups more often than I was getting to. This is a great investment and I am so glad that I finally got it. I have improved a lot with my chin ups and also with push ups as well. You can use this for that too and a couple of other things. I really like that about it. It is adjustable so it can fit to different size doorways. It took me about 10 mins to get it put together and it was not hard at all to do it.
