Deep Tissue Massage Roller For Myofascial Release, Physical Therapy, and Scar Tissue

This is good for deep tissue massage. It does seem to help those muscles in my legs and back some after using it. I did have to find me a video on youtube on how to use it. It is not too hard to do once you get it down and get used to doing it. I don't know that I am really crazy about using it yet though. It may just take some time to get used to using it. It is very firm and holds up under weight very well. I will keep using it and hope to get more results the better I get at using it.

I like how portable this is. It has its own little bag you can keep and carry it in and it does not take up much room at all when it is not together and in its bag. There are some sharp parts to it that holds the pan but if you pack it up right then you will not need to worry about it poking you in your bag. It has the instructions on the webpage, but I wish that it came with paper instructions as well so you did not need to refer back to the site that you bought it from to know how to put it together and stuff. Once you have it down though it is easy to use and cooks really well for it being a portable wood using stove. It will go with me on all of my camping trips now.
