This scale is so much more of what I needed than a regular scale that just gives you your weight and does nothing else. This is really great and it gives you a really fast and accurate read. I was surprised by just how fast this worked. When I compare it to my other scale I had, well that one was just really very slow in comparison. You step on and you get a read in seconds, that is great. It also has bluetooth and an app that it works with to help you keep track of your weight. The app is called WeighBetter. It is easy and fast to download and easy to use. I love that I can use my phone to chart and track my weight and progress. It is very helpful to have that feature and it helps me a ton to better keep track of it. Before I was just kind of writing it down here and there and then losing my paper and starting the process all over again.
