8 Inch Carving Knife Set
I have been looking into getting a carving knife set for a while now. I am very happy with this set. I have used it so far to carve up my hams and it does great. It slices through it so well and the handle on it is comfortable to hold. I can not wait till Thanksgiving so I can use it to carve my turkey up.
