This is a cute little mermaid prop outfit. The tail part of it is a bit big for a newborn to be wearing unless it is being worn on a bigger newborn baby. The headband and top fits perfectly well though. The details of the tail are nice and it makes it looks so cute photographed. I just would like to see the tail more of a newborn size.
