This is so handy to have. I keep it in my kitchen and it allows me to be able to write out what meals I want to have for supper that week. When I write it down and see it I am able to better stick to what I planned and remember what to lay out for the next day or so. It has took a lot of stress off of me as far as planning meals as I am terrible at organization. This is just real simple to do and takes me only a few minutes to do it.
