This is a very nice digital meat thermometer. I love all the features that this thermometer has on it. It works great on all ranges of meats such as pork, turkey, chick, fish, beef, lamb, and veal. I mainly use it on burgers and steaks, but occasionally will grill out some chicken and use it for that as well. I don't ever eat lamb or veal so I don't know much about the settings for those but it is very accurate with the meats I use it for and it has a fast reading too. The screen also is well lit so you can read it if you are grilling out at night too. I love this and I use it a lot as I grill out a lot.
