This is really awesome and so much bigger than I expected it to be. I use this after most workouts and it is amazing. It is very strong and durable and will hold and support your weight very well while you are rolling on it. This foam roller is tough and will not break on you during use at all. The inside is made with strong PVC and does a great job of holding up to pressure of it being used. My children also love to roll around on it and pretend they are using it as well.
